Elk Festival

On Saturday we went to Hardware Ranch for the Elk Festival.... too bad that this was the only elk that we saw. We had a good time, we had a nicnic lunch, got a "antler" balloon hat, picked out a pumpkin to paint (later), shot a bow & arrow & took a wagon ride! And we got to see the "painted" leaves all along the way! it was a great day! (while we were driving up, Paige commented that the leaves were painted, we thought it was pretty cute!)

Trip to the Fire Station

The North Logan Fire Station had an open house where we could check out all the firetrucks! I love to hear the sirens, but I wasn't so sure about being so close to the ginormous trucks!

We had a pretty good time and
I have been talking about Smokey the Bear and the fire trucks all week!

The Corn Patch

The same place we picked peas earlier this summer had corn to pick! We had a lot of fun looking for ears to pick! and a lot of fun eating it! Yum!
